At Wandercot, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

How to Start a Return

Please email us at WanderCot@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions on where to send your package.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we’ll happily exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Used or damaged items not due to our error
